CCR Developments has unveiled an ambitious expansion strategy for the upcoming period, focused on launching a pipeline of new projects while accelerating construction progress across its existing developments.

He noted that the coming phase will witness a clear momentum in execution across project sites, revealed the company’s plan to launch a new residential project in New Capital, as part of its strategy to expand and strengthen its investment portfolio within one of Egypt’s most prominent modern urban destinations.
The company’s board member pointed out that the CCR Developments focuses on selecting prime strategic locations for its developments to secure optimal investment returns for its clients through efficient operation.
