This contract marks the beginning of a series of strong partnerships that the company is currently working to secure, as Liberty Developments is preparing to announce additional agreements soon with major entities across various fields inside and outside Egypt, supporting the execution of the AT project in an unprecedented way in the market, according to Diab.
He explained that the AT project is located in a prime position in Sidi Abdel Rahman, at kilometer 127 on the North Coast, spanning an area of 105 feddans. The design is based on an organic architecture concept that ensures fluid movement and seamless integration of all project elements, while maintaining a low building density and height restrictions not exceeding ground plus two floors.
The project also features a comprehensive range of entertainment amenities, including a 30,000-square-meter aqua park, making it the largest in the North Coast, along with an extensive lagoon network and a lazy river that connects different areas of the development.
In addition, it includes three hotels designed to ensure year-round operation and to enhance its investment and tourism attractiveness.
Liberty Developments’ chairman concluded that AT is the first development in the North Coast to obtain a fully integrated 100% hospitality license, reflecting the company’s vision of delivering a distinctive real estate offering that combines investment value with sustainable hotel operations.
