مدينة مصر تعلن عن إطلاق ذراعها الجديد Madinet Masr Innovation Labs لتقديم حلول وابتكارات للسوق العقاري وتطلق أولى منتجاتها منصة “طوبة”

أعلنت شركة مدينة مصر كود البورصة المصرية (MNHD.CA) – واحدة من الشركات الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في مصر، عن أحدث مبادراتها والتي تعد الأولى من نوعها في المنطقة وهي Madinet Masr Innovation Labs وهي ذراع متخصص في ابتكار حلول ومنتجات لتطوير السوق العقاري في مصر. وفي السياق نفسه، أطلقت Madinet Masr Innovation Labs أولى ابتكاراتها وهي منصة طوبة التي توفر للعملاء أليات مبتكرة للاستثمار في العقار واقتنائه .
وتتنوع المنتجات التي تقدمها Madinet Masr Innovation Labs ما بين منصات رقمية وتسويقية، بهدف تغيير مفهوم طريقة شراء العقار وامتلاكه وبيعه، بالإضافة إلى تقديم حلول متطورة وطرح منتجات عقارية مبتكرة تواكب تطلعات عملائها وتناسب احتياجاتهم، وتتماشى مع التوجه العالمي نحو خلق مجتمعات مستدامة.
وتعد “طوبة” أحدث ابتكارات Madinet Masr Innovation Labs، وهي منصة تسمح للعميل شراء و حدة سكنية بطريقة الدفع التي تناسبه و ذلك بتقسيم العقار لوحدة قياس مبسطة تسمي “طوبة” وبذلك يوفر نظام طوبة نظم سداد بتسهيلات مختلفة وبدون شيكات بنكية. ويعد مفهوم طوبة هو الأول من نوعه في المنطقة، حيث يمكن للعميل شراء عقار بنظام طوبة ، دون التقييد بموعد محدد شهري او ربع سنوي لسداد باقي قيمة العقار.
وتتيح منصة “طوبة” للعميل من خلال التطبيق الالكتروني استكمال قيمة العقار بطريقة سهلة و في الوقت الذي يختاره العميل والإطلاع علي رصيد الطوب الذي يمتلكه بالفعل بسهولة دون الحاجة إلى زيارة فرع الشركة. و يتيح نظام طوبة مرونة في السداد حسب حاجة العميل لفترة تصل إلى ١٠ سنوات وسوف یتم تطبيق ھذه الفكرة لأول مرة في مشروع إيلان في سراي بالقاهرة الجديدة.
وتعليقًا على هذا الحدث، أعرب المهندس عبد الله سلام، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لشركة مدينة مصر عن تحمسه بإطلاق Madinet Masr Innovation Labs والتي من شأنها ابتكار حلول ومنتجات جديدة و مبتكرة للدفع بسوق التطوير العقاري إلى الأمام وآفاق المستقبل. وأوضح أنه سيتم تخصيص فريق عمل من الشباب في عدة مجالات لتحقيق أهداف هذا الذراع، والتشجيع على تقديم أحدث الحلول والأفكار المتطورة، التي من شأنها تغيير مفهوم تملك العقار داخل السوق المصري، وتلبية كافة احتياجات العملاء المتغيرة وخصوصا في ظل حالة النمو التي يشهدها السوق. وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن خطة مدينة مصر للتوسع في مجالات متعددة ومن أهمها الابتكار لدوره في النهوض بالاقتصاد بصفة عامة.
يأتي إطلاق Madinet Masr Innovation Labs بعد نجاح منصة SAFE في تحقيق أهدافها والتي ستندرج تحت الذراع الجديد، وهي أول وأكبر منصة للملكية الجزئية في مصر.

This groundbreaking and first-of-its-kind arm is dedicated to providing cutting-edge digital solutions and products tailored to develop the Egyptian real estate market. Simultaneously, Madinet Masr Innovation Labs introduced its first innovative platform, “Touba”, which offers customers innovative solutions for purchasing and investing in real estate.
