Bassam Saeed owns a professional experience in real estate development sector exceeds 18 years, during which he acquired a proven track record of success in building sales strategies, managing business operations, and leading highly professional teams in several key markets in the region, which contributed to the exceptional success of the companies he has worked with.
Saeed also held senior leadership positions at major companies, including SAMCO, MERCON, and Nakhil Developments, where he was responsible for managing sales teams and developing and implementing ambitious sales strategies that contributed to strengthen these companies’ positions and achieving results that exceeds the targets.
Bassam Saeed possesses comprehensive experience that extends beyond sales management to include strategic planning, developing marketing budgets, and managing human resources and operational processes, which ensures the highest levels of efficiency and flexibility in the work environment, giving him a strong ability to anticipate promising investment opportunities and develop effective mechanisms to capitalize on them in key markets.
