Adel added that, in response to changing market demands, do estate has moved beyond traditional real estate marketing by adopting a fully integrated services model.
In late 2025, the company launched a group of affiliated entities covering multiple aspects of the real estate ecosystem
These expansions include do studio, a specialized company focused on high-end real estate visual production and advertising content, addressing the growing demand for premium visual storytelling.
In parallel, do knowledge was established to enhance the capabilities of real estate professionals through targeted training programs for sales teams and various departments, supporting the development of human capital within the sector
As part of its strategy to provide end-to-end solutions, the company also launched do plus, which specializes in turnkey finishing services for residential, commercial, and administrative units.
This step enables clients and investors to access comprehensive solutions while streamlining multiple processes within the market
Furthermore, do estate has expanded beyond Egypt by establishing a new branch in the United Arab Emirates under do international, marking a significant step toward becoming a regional player capable of competing across Middle Eastern markets
