The project’s land, rising up to 34 meters above sea level, guarantees that 70% of the units enjoy panoramic sea views while the remaining 30% overlook the expansive 10-acre lagoon.
The Koun project, situated on 110 acres at kilometre 201 of the Alexandria-Matrouh Road on the Northwest Coast, offers a unique blend of luxury and comfort.
